What do I get if I participate?
You will receive a $25 gift card for each survey you complete as well as for completing the potential interview. If your caregiver participates, they would also receive a $25 gift card for completing surveys. Also, the information you give will provide vital insights into the decision-making process related to medical aid in dying.
What if I decide not to participate?
Participation in the study is completely voluntary and will have no impact on your medical care or access to medical aid in dying.
You also do not need to ask a caregiver to participate.
