If you join this study, you will be asked to take part in up to three surveys and possibly an interview. The first survey is done at your earliest convenience, the second in two to four weeks, and the final survey would be done in three months time, if you are feeling up to it. We may also review your medical records. We will also invite your closest family member or friend who helps you out to participate.
